Digital products are considered used once they are accessed or downloaded. For this reason, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered successfully.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We evaluate refund requests individually and may approve them under certain circumstances, such as:
A file is corrupted or inaccessible due to technical issues;
There was a delivery error or failure on our platform;
The product’s description was materially misleading.
Refunds are not provided in cases of:
Change of mind;
